Refund policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately.
For items that are not faulty or incorrectly sent, and you wish to return them because they are no longer required, the cost of return postage will be borne by you, the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement. Please email photograph's of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 3 business days.
Please ensure that personalisation orders are correct before submitting, as we cannot replace or refund orders which are incorrect.
Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer.
